Mitt Romney’s announcement Friday that he won’t have a third run for the Oval Office answered one question about the 2016 election, but many more remain.

And people are clamoring for answers. The pressure is on for prospective candidates to lay their cards on the table.

While some politicians are being mysterious, many funders are not. The Koch brothers announced last week they’ll spend $889 million to elect candidates who share their free-market, pro-fossil-fuel agendas.
