Monday Poll results: How is the Kansas budget strategy playing?

One way to look at the results of this week’s Monday Poll is to suggest that Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback (above) is fooling no one. But that’s only one opinion and it’s based on 1,300 responses to our unscientific online survey.
