The Monday Poll: Calling fans and critics of the Kansas City streetcar

The new, $100 million Kansas City streetcar system soon will be carrying passengers around downtown.

The project has garnered plenty of attention in recent months. City and civic leaders have scheduled a series of events to kick off the service over the first weekend in May.
