Monday Poll results: KU men’s basketball team goes up and Gov. Sam Brownback goes down

The University of Kansas men’s basketball team was pretty popular in this week’s Monday Poll.

But Gov. Sam Brownback’s handling of the Kansas budget was not.

The full results based on about 900 responses:

1) The KU men’s basketball squad, which looked rather ordinary two months ago, will win the Big 12 tournament and make it all the way to the Final Four.

2) Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback is right: When the state’s revenues fail to match expectations, as reported last week, he should not support raising taxes to generate more money.
