Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are engaged in a highly spirited battle to become the Democratic nominee for president in 2016.
Clinton scored a narrow victory in the Iowa caucus, while Sanders trounced her as expected in the New Hampshire primary.
Now, as the candidates move on to other states, the issue-oriented debates between them — and their continued appeals to different bases of core Democratic constituencies — are attracting a lot more attention.
