We asked readers about their plans for the upcoming Halloween holiday period.

Here are the results of the unscientific survey, based on more than 110 responses.

1) The absolute best treat to hand out on Saturday, Oct. 31, will be:

Big candy bars 20%

Small candy bars 48%

Fruit: It’s good for you 5%

My porch light will be turned off
