This week’s Monday Poll sought reader responses to some observations about the Affordable Care Act, which has begun enrolling consumers in its insurance marketplaces for the second year. Our unscientific survey, based on more than 725 responses, shows most readers generally are satisfied with their health care. The results:

1. The Affordable Care Act should be:
