The penalty phase of the Boston bombing trial of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev continues with defense lawyers scheduled to begin arguments on Monday.

The Monday Poll would like to know where you stand on punishing the surviving Tsarnaev brother, convicted on 30 counts in the fatal bombing at the Boston Marathon in 2013 and the subsequent killing of a campus security officer.
