Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback made national headlines again last week, but this time it had nothing to do with the state’s revenue problems.
The governor rescinded an order — signed in 2007 by then-Gov. Kathleen Sebelius — that protected state employees from harassment and discrimination stemming from sexual orientation or gender equality.
