See video of a man with no arms throw first pitch at Thursday’s Royals game
Not having arms wasn’t a problem for Tom Willis on Thursday night when he threw out the first pitch before the Royals played the Twins at Kauffman Stadium.
Willis, who was born without arms, used his feet to project the ball, which nearly made it over home plate.
Kauffman Stadium is the 22nd ballpark where Willis, a motivational speaker, has thrown the first pitch as part of his “Pitch for Awareness” tour to spread awareness of the capabilities of people with disabilities.
