Royals are AL Central favorites, per oddsmaker

The projection systems are not bullish on the Royals’ chances to repeat as World Series champion. But one oddsmaker — Bovada — has tapped the Royals as favorites in the American League Central.

According to odds released Friday, the Royals are 11/10 to win the AL Central for the second straight year. The Cleveland Indians have 5/2 odds, while the Detroit Tigers are listed at 4/1. The Chicago White Sox (6/1) and Minnesota Twins (10/1) round out the division.
