Bummed that you don’t have tickets to Game 2 of the American League Division Series?

You may be in luck.

The Royals said Thursday that Major League Baseball turned in “a few hundred tickets” to game one of the ALDS. The team put them on sale immediate online, including standing-room only tickets, but also sporadic seats in the upper and lower levels.

Several hundred tickets are also available for Friday’s game at royals.com.

“We’ve been saying for a few weeks that we were effectively sold out because we had no inventory to move,” Royals Vice President-Community Affairs & Publicity Toby Cook wrote in an email. “But with these turn-ins, we have some through ALDS (Game) 2.”
