Yeah, that really happened Sunday.

A tapper back to pitcher Wade Davis seemed like a perfect opportunity for a 1-2-3 double play that would have helped the Royals escape trouble in the eighth inning. Instead, Davis' throw from 40 feet away went wide of catcher Salvador Perez and two Twins runners scored in a 4-3 win.
