A day after the Royals swept a doubleheader by a combined score of 16-6, the Royals and Rays will play Wednesday under a misty sky and with slick field conditions. The pitching matchup is Jeremy Guthrie (6-5, 5.42 ERA) facing off against Tampa Bay right-hander Chris Archer (9-5, 2.18 ERA). Fox Sports Kansas City will televise the game and first pitch is scheduled for 7:10 p.m.
