Yost said he plans to give center fielder Lorenzo Cain off Monday, and he’ll rest third baseman Mike Moustakas on Tuesday. Left fielder Alex Gordon will get a day off sometime later this week.

"These guys have been going every single day," Yost said. "I need to find ways to give them a break."
