Wednesday’s Royals-Brewers lineups, pitching probables and TV info

The Royals-Brewers series continues on Wednesday at Kauffman Stadium with a 7:10 first pitch. The game is on Fox Sports Kansas City and WHB (610 AM).

Joe Blanton, 0-0, 1.80 ERA, is scheduled to make his first appearance as a starting pitcher since 2013. Mike Fiers, 3-6, 4.04, will start for the Brewers.

The Royals, who won the first two of the four straight games against the Brewers in Milwaukee on Monday and Tuesday, enter the day in first place in the American League Central, a 3 1/2-game lead over the Minnesota Twins. It’s the Royals’ largest lead in the division race this season.
