The Royals take on the Indians and reigning AL Cy Young winner Corey Kluber on Wednesday night at Kauffman Stadium. First pitch is 7:10 p.m. and the game will air on Fox Sports KC.

Catcher Salvador Perez is not in the lineup. He took a foul tip off the mask in Tuesday’s 2-1 loss and was removed from the game. Drew Butera caught the ninth inning and he’ll start.

Perez said after the game that he passed a concussion test.

The Royals look to break from a slump. They’ve lost six of seven and have scored one run in five of those games.
