The watch was for Leavenworth, Wyandotte, Johnson, Platte, Clay, Jackson, Atchison, Miami, Linn, Doniphan, Buchanan, Clinton, Caldwell, Ray, Carroll, Chariton, Randolph, Lafayette, Saline, Howard, Cass, Pettis, Cooper, Bates and Henry counties.
"The Flood Watch has been cancelled and is no longer in effect," according to the National Weather Service.
