Friday forecast in Kansas City: Lots of sunshine, low humidity and temps in the 80s

Friday’s forecast is calling for comfortable weather conditions to continue, with sunny skies, low humidity, light winds and temperatures in the upper 80s in Kansas City, according to FOX4 meteorologist Karli Ritter.

The pleasant weather is expected to linger through the weekend, Ritter said in a weather update to The Star.

On Sunday, Ritter said, there will be “a little bit of an uptick” in the humidity.

“But it’s still going to be very, very comfortable,” Ritter said. “So the only real issue we have for the next couple of days is going to be high mold counts and high pollen counts, specifically grass pollen.”

Temperatures are expected to climb into the 90s starting next week.
