Police say one killed in Columbia, Missouri, shooting

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting in Columbia.

The Columbia Daily-Tribune reports that the shooting happened Monday night in the northern part of the city.

Columbia Police Department spokeswoman Bryana Larimer said the shooting victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Larimer did not give the victim’s age, and said police have no suspect or description of the shooter.
