Bus hits, kills pedestrian near University of Missouri campus

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Columbia police say a city bus has struck and killed a pedestrian near the University of Missouri campus.

Police said in a news release that the accident happened Monday morning.

The name of the victim wasn’t immediately released.

The crash is under investigation. No other information was immediately available.
