Jon Stewart on Kansas: ‘No place like homophobia’
Comedian Jon Stewart’s departure from the “Daily Show” probably can’t come soon enough for Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback.
In a comedic smackdown that probably makes Kansas business recruiters cringe, Stewart pokes fun at Kansas and Alabama for trying to stomp on the rights of gay and lesbian couples.
In the video, Stewart coins the term “Brownbacking.” Stewart’s commentary on Kansas begins at about the 2:00 mark.
