Keith Ludwig is selected as the newest KC municipal judge

The Kansas City Council voted Thursday to select City Prosecutor Keith Ludwig as the newest municipal court judge.

Ludwig, 62, was chosen over two other finalists, Kansas City attorneys Eddie Medina Lorenzo and Cynthia Dodge.

Ludwig will fill the seat vacated by longtime municipal judge John Williams, who retired July 31.
