A unique house on the real estate market in the Netherlands is drawing some attention on TikTok as it’s not something folks often seen in the states.

It’s a converted water tower that’s now a stunning, eight-floor home listed for $1.3 million. It’s over 78-feet tall, according to the online listing.

Popular TikTok creator @zillowtastrophes posted a video touring the listing’s photos, that show a marvelous make-over complete with chic finishing touches and elegant decor. But you have to seriously love climbing steps. A lot of them.

“They say stairs in your home will help you live longer,” the creator jokingly said in the caption of the video.

The TikTok video has since been liked over 15,000 times.

“You have a water tank and don’t make it a pool???” one person asked.

“Can you imagine forgetting something in your bedroom when you’re on your way to work?” another person noted.

“An external elevator would give so much room. could take out stairs and get so much more floor space,” someone commented.

“My knees screamed when you said eight floors,” one person joked.

According to the listing, the rooms of the three-bedroom house are on each floor.

“What makes it so nice to live in this house?” the listing asks. “First of all, the water tower is located on one of the most beautiful streets of the centrally located district of Soestdijk. It is quiet in the Oranjelaan and children can play safely in the street. The green garden is large, has space for two cars, offers sufficient privacy and has a ‘chill area’ in the backyard with a stove as an extra.”

Judging by the photos, the rooms each have a personality of their own.
