A meteorologist at a Los Angeles television station had to stop in the middle of her forecast Saturday because some viewers complained that her dress was too revealing.

A confused Liberte Chan stopped midsentence on KTLA as a hand from off-camera started dangling a cardigan sweater.

“What’s going on,” asked Chan, who was wearing a sparkling black dress. “You want me to put this on? Why? ’Cause it’s cold?”

“We’ve been getting a lot of emails,” said the voice belonging to the hand.

“What?” Chan screeched as she was helped into the gray sweater. “Really?”

“I look .... like .... a librarian now,” she said as she continued her forecast.

Chan later posted the video on her Facebook page and asked people if they thought the dress was too revealing.

Chan also posted a video of colleague Chris Burros reading some of the emails from viewers.

“It looks like she didn’t make it home from a cocktail party last night,” one viewer wrote.

Another colleague asks her if she is going to wear the dress again.

“No! It was a loaner anyway,” Chan said laughing.
