Francis Ford Coppola kept this CA house in his family for decades. It’s for sale

A home that’s been primarily kept within Hollywood royalty has landed on the real estate market in the Hollywood Hills.

Legendary director Francis Ford Coppola — creator of “The Godfather” franchise — bought this 1922 Spanish Revival home and kept it in his family for decades, a news release about the property said. He then passed it along to his daughter-in-law, costume designer Jacqui Getty, and his granddaughter, director Gia Coppola.

Now, the California property is listed for $2.25 million.

“With 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, the home captures the essence of 1920s Los Angeles from its original hand-troweled plaster walls and vintage tilework to sun-drenched rooms that open seamlessly to lush gardens and courtyards,” the listing on Compass says.
