A man got out of his vehicle and attacked two teenage boys tossing Play-Doh around in the street, Florida authorities said.

Deputies with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office are now looking for the man responsible.

The afternoon of April 26, the 13-year-old boys told deputies they were walking down the street near a Fort Myers apartment complex and throwing Play-Doh toward the road when a blue car drove past them, then made a U-turn, according to an incident report.

The car started chasing them, so they ran before an unknown man got out, caught up to one of the boys and punched him in the face, one teen told deputies.

The boy fell to the ground as the man continued punching him, then the man “stomped on his face,” deputies reported.

The other 13-year-old victim recounted he fled, too, but saw his friend was in trouble, so he came back to help, according to the report.

He said the man accused them of being “the ones throwing rocks” before punching him in the face.

He ran to the nearby clubhouse for help as the man left, but he was caught on camera, deputies said.

A video posted on social media by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers and the Lee County Sheriff’s Office shows the suspect walking away.

Fort Myers is about a 160-mile drive northwest of Miami.
