The corrected story is below.

A Texas delivery driver threatened to kill McDonald’s workers who wouldn’t give him his order, according to Texas deputies.

On Thursday, deputies said 34-year-old Wister Cobas asked for a delivery order from a McDonald’s in Spring, Texas, but didn’t show workers a delivery request.

When workers refused to fill the order, Cobas is accused of threatening to kill them and making “gestures indicating that he had a firearm,” according to a Facebook post by Mark Herman, Harris County constable for District 4.

Restaurant workers called police in response. When deputies arrived, Cobas drove away from the restaurant, according to Herman, and deputies then initiated a traffic stop and arrested the delivery driver.

He was booked into Harris County Jail and charged with making a terroristic threat, with his bond was set at $100.

It was not revealed why Cobas didn’t show workers the order request.
