A man caught taking photos of a girl inside a mall restroom was arrested, Florida cops say.

David Sanabria, 22, is charged with video voyeurism and drug charges in connection with the Sept. 13 incident at the Coastland Mall Center, Naples police said in a news release Monday, Sept. 16.

Officers were alerted to a “suspicious” incident in one of the women’s restrooms.

The girl told police she saw a man, identified as Sanabria, taking photos of her with his cell phone from underneath the stall next to her, according to the release.

Authorities didn’t disclose the victim’s age.

Officers spotted Sanabria leaving the restroom and arrested him soon after, authorities said. Investigators learned he was on supervised release from prison on charges tied to a previous conviction.

Police didn’t release additional details.

Sanabria was taken to the Collier County jail where he remained in custody as of Sept. 16, online records show.

Naples is about a 170-mile drive southeast from Tampa.
