A lucky lottery player bought a $20 Six Figures scratch game ticket from a gas station in Washington that lived up to its name.

Now, he’s $500,000 richer.

The man typically goes to at the M&M Mart in Marysville, Washington’s Lottery said in a Sept. 3 news release.

He bought the Six Figures ticket, scratched it and scanned the barcode at a lottery vending machine, lottery officials said.

A message appeared on the screen prompting him to “See Washington’s Lottery Regional Office.”

He then had one of the gas station clerks scan his ticket and found he had won $500,000, the top prize in the game.

Marysville is about a 35-mile drive north from Seattle.
