On-duty cop gropes woman for OnlyFans video while in uniform, police say. He’s charged
A uniformed officer accused of making an OnlyFans video while on duty has now been charged, Nashville police said.
The former officer was arrested and now faces two counts of official misconduct, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said in a June 13 news release.
His attorney information is not available in Davidson County court records.
The evening of April 26, 33-year-old Sean Herman was working as a patrol officer when he went to a warehouse parking lot to film a “skit” for the adult content website, officials said.
He conducted a fake traffic stop on a woman and was seen in uniform from the chest down groping the woman’s exposed breast, according to police.
On May 8, detectives found out about the video, and the chief fired Herman the next day, police said. He had been with the department for three years.
The investigation continued after his termination, leading to Herman’s indictment on the two felony counts.
He was arrested at his home June 13, police said.
