“Our customers wanted iced coffee, so we took the opportunity to elevate our entire coffee lineup,” Scott Hudler, senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Whataburger, said in a statement.

“We sourced beans from the coffee belts of Central and South America, and our menu team spent significant time researching and testing new recipes,” Hudler said.

The restaurant also revamped its classic hot coffee blend, this one featuring the “classic aroma of a medium roast hot-brewed coffee .... and flavor notes of citrus and brown sugar.”

Both hot and iced versions are available 24/7, according to Whataburger.

Pricing information wasn’t available.

Earlier this month, Whatburger debuted a caramel latte milkshake made with espresso and vanilla soft serve.
