‘Sweetheart’ dog will mark 200 days at shelter — and is ‘waiting patiently to go home’
A ‘sweetheart’ dog is about to mark 200 days at a Pennsylvania shelter.
Apollo was brought in as a stray and has been “waiting patiently to go home” since arriving in September, the Humane Society of Cambria County said in a March 25 Facebook post.
He’s “high energy” but will walk well on a leash and sit for treats, according to the shelter.
The 1-and-half-year-old pup is a little shy when he first meets people, but he can be very friendly as he gets to know them, the shelter said.
“He is pet friendly and loves to play, play, play!” according to the shelter.
Anyone interested in meeting Apollo should contact the Humane Society of Cambria County on its website.
Cambria County is about an 80-mile drive east of Pittsburgh.
