Mirror houses aren’t too uncommon, but always seem to hold a particular grace when they come onto the real estate market. Like this mirrored residence in Pittsburgh that took it one step further and made the exterior and interior a place that would drive vampires crazy. Or this “invisible” Joshua Tree estate that happens to be famous.

Like those head-turners, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is intriguing in its own unique way — and on the market in Fayetteville, Arkansas, for $1.3 million.

“A remarkable Mid Century Modern home on Mt. Sequoyah, which was architecturally designed by the late world-renowned architect James Lambeth,” the listing on Zillow.com says. “This contemporary home offers a unique and luxurious living experience, characterized by sleek lines, modern finishes, and a sophisticated design aesthetic.”

The home was built in 1973 and “expanded its footprint” with a modernization in 2011.

Per the listing, some features of the residence include:

  • Updated kitchen

  • High ceilings

  • Balcony

  • Fireplace

  • Skylights

  • Ceiling fans

  • Basement

  • Attic

  • Crawl space

The 3,100-square-foot residence was featured on the popular Zillow Gone Wild, a Facebook page that highlights interesting houses for sale around the globe.

“I love this. Give it to me,” one person said in the comments section.

Take my money. All of it. After I sell off everything I own,” another joked. “And then take a substantial loan. But still, take my money. I. Love. This. And Arkansas.”

Beautiful home in my beautiful home state. NWA is an amazing place to raise kids!” someone said.

“I feel like it’s a reflection of me,” one person commented.

Fayetteville is home to the University of Arkansas campus.
