On the outside, this family residence looks like any ordinary, normal warehouse or garage. But what would shock people is that if they were to glance in, they’d see an entirely different world.

What was once a place called “Baum Family Center” is now a two-bedroom, three-bathroom, 7,000-square-foot home that’s listed in Peoria Heights, Illinois, for $1.35 million.

Peering at the photos, the building clearly has a great deal of features, including:

  • Snack bar

  • Pub

  • Fireplace

  • Showroom

  • Arcade

  • Office

  • Basketball court

  • Putting green

  • Gym

  • Bar upstairs

  • Theater

  • Bunk room

The home was featured on the popular TikTok page @Zillowtastrophes, a page that shows unique houses on the real estate market.

The creator glanced around, making observations here and there, often curious by the space and the interior furniture.

“And what makes this warehouse, a ‘warehome,’ are the actual living quarters,” the creator said in a video.

“It’s giving Blast from the Past. Where’s Brendan Fraser?” one person asked

“Better Call Saul vibes when Mike hired the Germans,” another noted.

Peoria is about 170 miles north of Belleville.
