View of lifetime? You’ll either love or hate the view from Las Vegas condo for sale

Around the world, people have been mesmerized by the newest $2.3 billion attraction that resides in Las Vegas, Nevada — the Sphere, a 18,600-seat venue with an interior and exterior to die for.

Well, one condo in the area has a front seat view to all the action sliding outside of the Sphere, and it’s listed for $2.35 million.

“Experience sophistication and refinement in this breathtaking Park Towers residence,” the listing on Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices describes. “The private, elevator vestibule opens directly to a foyer and expansive living room adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing stunning views of the Las Vegas Sphere and glowing Las Vegas Strip.”

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment looks like it peers right into the face of the 580,000-square-foot venue, which has to feel odd, especially when that bumble-bee yellow, smiley face emoji with the huge eyes is glaring at you in the middle of the night.

Per the listing, the 3,515-square-foot residence is packed with elegant features (including the phenomenal views) showcased in and around the condo, including:

  • Chef’s kitchen

  • Wine fridge

  • Primary room sitting area

  • Lightolier lighting

  • Coffered ceilings

  • Three terraces

The building the condo is in, Park Towers at Hughes Center, combines “old world class” with modern, up-to-date, posh amenities, according to its website.

Park Towers stands as a paragon of world-class living, offering five-star amenities that elevate the standard of luxury living to unparalleled heights,” listing agent Frank Napoli, of The Napoli Group, which is affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
