A home with a style that you don’t see too often has landed on the real estate market in Concord, Ohio, for $400,000, and boy, is it something special.

It’s called Wayne Trapp’s Chant du Cygne, and this is the first time the home is on the market to the public, the listing on Realtor.com says. With five bedrooms and 2.5-plus bathrooms, the home was built out of concrete — but not in a cold way, in an extremely unique way.

“This is an amazing opportunity to purchase and restore one of Ohio’s most iconic pieces of architecture,” the listing describes. “Located on beautiful Cascade Rd. this unique property has been featured on MTV, HGTV, and in countless written articles since its conception in 1970.”

The residence was built in 1970 by Wayne Trapp, a sculptor who managed to construct the home on a budget of only $30,000, Cleveland Magazine reported.

Chant du Cygne (which translates to “swan song” in English, meaning an artist’s final work or performance) was even featured on Zillow Gone Wild, a popular Facebook and X (formerly known as Twitter) account that highlights special homes that are for sale.

“This has VRBO written all over it. I wonder what the bedrooms and bathroom(s)(?) are like?” one person asked on Facebook.

“It’s got Yoda’s Hut vibes,” another compared.

American hobbit hole,” someone posted on X.

Dystopian Star Wars universe. I like it,” one person said.

What happens when you cross the concrete aesthetic of brutalism with Tolkien...” another joked.

Concord is about 30 miles northeast of Cleveland.
