Bikini coffee shop owner accused of sexually abusing workers, Oregon cops say

An owner of a drive-thru bikini coffee shop is accused of sexually abusing employees, Oregon police said.

Jeffery Scott Hebner, 61, of Hillsboro was arrested on 26 charges on Tuesday, Jan. 31, the Hillsboro Police Department said in a news release.

Hebner owns Dream Girl Espresso in Hillsboro. He’s accused of sexually abusing workers and former applicants since 2015, police said.

Police said he would try to give his victims alcohol before abusing them.

Hebner’s charges include sodomy, sexual penetration, sexual abuse, private indecency, first-degree rape, public indecency, commercial sexual solicitation, solicitation to a commit a crime, strangulation and attempt to commit a crime (rape).

Investigators said they think there may be more victims. They are asking them to come forward.
