NFL star Russell Wilson lists astounding bluff-top Washington estate for $36 million
In a surprising offseason move, former Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson was traded to the Denver Broncos for a pretty heavy haul, and now he’s listed his lavish Washington estate for a whopping $36 million.
That’s $29.3 million more than what he purchased the home for in 2015, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported.
The house itself is a spectacle all on its own with its six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and views of Lake Washington.
Wild features of the 11,104-square-foot residence include:
Theater
Professional gym
Yoga studio
Dock
The property also includes a double jet ski lift, sports court and play structure.
The star quarterback, who is married to singer Ciara, was shipped off to the Broncos for two first-round picks, two second-round picks, a fifth-round pick, QB Drew Lock, defensive end Shelby Harris and tight end Noah Fant, ESPN reported.
Wilson is not only a star in the NFL world, but he also played baseball and basketball growing up. While attending North Carolina State University, he earned all-ACC first team honors. He was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in 2010 before transferring to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for his senior year.
He was selected by the Seahawks in the 2012 NFL draft.
Wilson led Seattle to a Super Bowl championship in 2014.
The listing is held by Carmen Gayton with Windermere Real Estate Seattle-Eastlake.
