“Get ready to fall in love” with this dream home on the real estate market in the town of Naalehu in Hawaii for $165,000, the listing on Zillow.com says. However, are you ready for the catch?
There’s no official bedroom. And the kitchen is outside. Also, you probably want to avoid using the bathroom during a gusty day.
According to the listing, the house is brand-spanking new, having been built in 2021-22 and has a very serene atmosphere with killer views from every corner. Features of the small home include:
Water catchment system
Photo-voltaic system
Wind turbine
Gardens on the property
While the bedroom isn’t official on the listing itself, there is one that’s “well-built” and is 100 square feet. There’s also a 100-square-foot covered lanai attached to the bedroom.
The listing caught the eye of the popular social media page Zillow Gone Wild, and some fans were in awe, while others offered up a few observations.
“I actually love this!” one person exclaimed. “Who wants to be indoors when you live in Hawaii anyways.”
“Legit I feel like that’s a fair price for paradise,” another said. “Absolutely gorgeous there.”
