Love Peeps? There are new flavors and minis this spring, plus a Slurpee at 7-Eleven
Whether you’re Peeps-obsessed or know someone who is, you’re about to have a lot more options when it comes to enjoying the beloved marshmallow treat this Easter.
Peeps has announced several new flavors, products and beverages making their debuts this spring.
Here’s where to get the goods:
Chocolate pudding and root beer-flavored Peeps will both be available nationwide, according to a news release.
Hot Tamale-flavored Peeps will be sold exclusively at Kroger-family stores, while Froot Loops Peeps will grace the shelves at Target and Walmart only.
Target will also be the only place to find Peeps Delights — raspberry-flavored marshmallow chicks dipped in crème-flavored fudge, the release said.
In addition to new flavors, Peeps has two new candy offerings up its sleeves.
Individually-wrapped mini marshmallow chicks will be perfect for egg hunts and Peeps-flavored jelly beans are sure to make things a little easier on the Easter Bunny.
Not much of a candy person? Peeps still has you covered.
The company has released a Peeps Marshmallow Slurpee flavor along with a Peeps-flavored cappuccino exclusively at 7-Eleven, a representative for Peeps told McClatchy News.
While they won’t be officially released until April 1, some stores already have the drinks available for purchase.
