Escalator rider takes upskirt photo of teen girl in shopping mall, Michigan cops say
A Michigan man is accused of taking “upskirt” photos of a teenage girl on a shopping mall escalator, police say.
The 16-year-old girl had no idea the man the taking pictures Friday afternoon while riding close to her on the escalator at Somerset Collection, a shopping mall in Troy, Michigan, according to a news release.
But another person spotted the man taking the pictures and told the cops, police said.
The officer found the suspect and arrested him at the mall, police said.
Kristopher Murray, 36, was charged with capturing an image of a unclothed person and using a computer to commit a crime, police said.
