Officer keeps watch over ‘bad guys’ with 5-year-old girl, and it’s captured on video
“The bad guys are in the waterslide,” Nick El-Helou, a Fresno, Calif., police officer, said into his two-way radio.
“Oh my gosh!” exclaimed 5-year-old Patsy, who had climbed into the driver’s seat of the patrol car. “Did you see them?”
Another officer captured this scene from the backseat of a patrol car without El-Helou and Patsy knowing. The game was played at a block party at St. Rest Baptist Church over the weekend. It went on for awhile, but the Freso Police Department posted just a minute of it on Facebook.
“They said if you go down the waterslide 20 times they’ll go away,” El-Helou told Patsy.
“They’ll go away and he’ll go to prison,” Patsy said.
