Tens of millions, and it’ll spark another constitutional showdown with conservative lawmakers, many of whom will balk at another branch of government telling them what to do.
Lawmakers already are trying to make up more than — get this — $700 million in the current budget year and for the next one beginning in July.
The state Supreme Court will only add to their woes.
Kansas politics were interesting in 2014 with terrific races for governor and the U.S. Senate.
Next year could be even more intriguing.
