'SNL' debate parody boffo with politicos

Saturday Night Live’s re-creation of the Democratic debate seems destined to enter into the list of the program’s important and uncanny political skits.

Think Tina Fey as Sarah Palin. Dana Carvey as George H.W. Bush. Or, in this case, Larry David as Bernie Sanders.

In Iowa Sunday, Sanders said he enjoyed the impression. It’s already had 2.8 million views on YouTube, with more expected.
