Americans: Leave Obamacare alone or make it better

Still, just 12 percent of Americans said they consider the law a success. About half said it’s too early to tell while nearly four in 10 consider it a failure.
In the poll, 18 percent said the measure should be repealed and 20 percent said the country should go back to the system in place before the law was implemented.
