New poll: Obama’s numbers still dropping
shows President Barack Obama’s approval rating at a new low of 41 percent.
What’s more, the survey suggested that a majority of voters say they want a GOP Congress next year to serve as a counter-balance to the president.
One big factor: 44 percent said they back the Affordable Care Act while 48 percent oppose it.
