Senators weigh in on Sebelius departure

to call on the Secretary to resign for gross incompetence resulting in the failures of the exchange websites. This decision by Secretary Sebelius to resign is prudent, but overdue.

“Today, we have more Americans losing the care they like than we have receiving care in the exchange … The March toward socialized medicine will continue.”

: “Secretary Sebelius’ departure doesn’t change the fact that the president’s health care law is fundamentally flawed.”

: “She had her work cut out for her in this job —shepherding a law that is already working to slow the rise in health costs, protect families from insurance industry abuses, and open up access to affordable insurance for millions of Americans. I believe she rose to the occasion.”
