Republicans criticize Obamacare delay, but don’t want to overturn it
delay parts of the business mandates
in the Affordable Care Act again.

speedupenforcement of the business mandate.

Rep.
Sam Graves: “Many companies are confused and perplexed by all of the changes and delays to the law, and today’s decision doesn’t help. Small businesses — and all Americans — don’t need another postponement, they need a better law.”
Rep.
Kevin Yoder, in a tweet: “#ACA employer mandate delayed for mid-sized businesses today. American families should have the same treatment.”
