Bob Dixon, the Springfield state senator who on Monday became the sixth Republican candidate for Missouri governor, will campaign in Kansas City Thursday, his campaign said.
Dixon will attend a 2 p.m. event at 6808 N. Hardesty Ave. No other details were provided.

“He sponsored and helped passed `Jessica’s Law,’ which empowered local law enforcement agencies to investigate internet crimes involving children. He has worked to reform Missouri’s tax code to make it flatter and fairer and he voted for Missouri’s Right to Work legislation.
